An individual has arranged for the scanning and uploading of many New York newsappers, including several Utica papers (see box to the right):
WATCH OUT:
- Scanning print newspapers can create garbled text
- The site is a mess. The search tool is ineffective.
- Newsappers accounts can be inaccuarte or slanted.
