Library Introduction for Students

Books & E-books

The library's collection includes over 130,000 physical books.

The library has a growing collection of academic-level electronic books of about 135,000 titles. 

Find them via the WorldCat Discovery catalog.

 

Databases:

The library has General and Subject Specific Databases that students can use to find articles, journals, magazines, newspapers, and more! 


Journals (Print and Online): 

The library has full-text online access to over 20,000 journals and approximately 300 print subscriptions.

Select "Find Journals" to search by title.

 

Newspapers:

The library subscribes to a limited number of current newspapers in print editions, listed in the WorldCat Discovery catalog by title.

Many newspapers are in full text and fully searchable via the Library databases.

 

Reference Collection:

On the first floor of the library, you will find an extensive collection of non-circulating reference materials and, of course, reference librarians to help you with your research.
