Obviously, it helps to have a structure in mind already, but the articles you find will often help to suggest a structure or cause you to redesign your existing one. For example, if you are researching HIV/AIDS in the context of prison health care systems, you will find articles relating to intake, prevention, treatment, palliative care, legal ramifications, and other aspects of the topic. Group your articles along these lines so that you can refer to and discuss them in your literature review, comparing and contrasting the ideas in each.
